Ashley will meet with you twice a month, using a direct and kind approach will help you to see yourself clearly, let go of fears and baggage, and gradually discover your best self. Ashley will also help you to focus on how to build those high trust relationships that are important.
Using many of the fundamentals in the 1:1 coaching, Ashley will assess the current team effectiveness and individual contributions, providing a combination of 1:1 and team coaching to enable a team to shift towards a healthy team dynamic.
This approach works well for cross collaboration between teams and projects in a matrix environment.
